What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address; the role you picked (foreman, owner or office, crew, other); that you ticked the consent box and when; the label on the link you used to reach the page, so we know where you heard of us (for example "facebook-group"); and whether and when you confirmed your email. Nothing else: no name, no phone, no company name.

The website counts visits with our hosting provider's basic counts, which hold no personal information and set no cookies.

What we use it for

To send you a confirmation email, and then a few emails about Knockout List and when it reaches the App Store and Google Play. Nothing else. We do not sell or share your address for anyone else's use and we do not build profiles.

Who handles it

Resend sends our emails on our behalf. Railway runs our service and stores the list, in Virginia. Cloudflare answers for our web address, serves the website, and counts visits. All three store information in the United States.

How long we keep it

Until six months after the email announcing Knockout List in the stores, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Then we delete your address and everything with it. If you sign up for the app itself, the app's privacy notice applies from that day.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works without signing in. Using it deletes your address from the waitlist at once. To see, correct, or delete what we hold, write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

Cookies

None. Because we do not track you, "Do Not Track" signals change nothing.

Children

Knockout List is for working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We post any change here with its date.
